CYCLING IS HEALTHY
I had another fun weekend. Initially, we wanted to go for picnic on Sunday morning, but the weather forecast said there'll be rain/thunderstorm. So we cancelled the plan. Instead, Steve made BBQ pork & corn. Oh my, how delicious! The last time I had roasted corn was way back in 1998.

So after our delicious breakfast, we went up the backhill and there I discovered we actually have Apple tree, Promonade tree, 3 different types of oranges, 2 types of lemons and 2 weird fruits that we couldn't determine what it is. The apple is the best though. It's so small that I thought it's not ripe yet, apparently Steve said "that's the size it gets".

So I waste no time, but plucked it and eat it right away. It's so yummy and crunchy! I plucked more on the following day, a bucketful of apples for my snacks!

After these discovery, we decided to go for cycling at Santa Fe Dam that's located just in front of our office since the weather was very nice, not hot nor rains. Usually, you have to pay $5 to enter the park, but we discovered we can get in from the other end of the dam.

So we parked our car at the office and cycled to the other end of the dam to sneaked in (apparently everyone did that, only those who wants to cycle or jog). I couldn't cycled up the dam thou (Steve could), so once I reached the top, I practically lost my breath and had to stopped for 10mins coz the road up was so steep!

But once on top, the track is flat. So we raced each other...cycled to both ends of the Dam...raced again...tried to stand on bike...take more pictures...and kept on smiling and "Hi" to other bikers who passed by. Like celebrity...HAHAHAHA

When we reached that $5 entrance-fee-park, it's so happening. So many people gathered there, picnic, BBQ, playing football, baseball, just throwing balls, play at the lake, even got marching band practicing their stuff. So happening.

But we've to end our cycling, so we got down from that end and cycled back to office. In just 10mins after that, the sun came out and the day became so bloody HOT! Lucky we cycled already, otherwise, we will get roasted!
