Lately, for the past few weeks, I have not been able to find any squirrels or rabbit running around in our garden as usual. Turns out, they have a new playground. No more front garden, but it's the back garden & back hill.
Just 2days ago, I found a bunch of squirrel (the entire
family) chasing each other at our back garden area. They
seems like fighting over something, as they were squealing
and ran to left, right, up, everywhere. They ran so fast
to the back hill, down again, climb the tree, down, smell
the grass, flowers, climb again, etc. I was so excited that
I basically walked on my toes outsides and took pic of them.
It was so hard coz they ran so fast. I think they were too
happy running around that they didn't realize on my presence
at all.
Normally, there were the parents and 4 kids. The kids now are much bigger and I found 3 more smaller kids. That means there were a total of 9 squirrels in our garden. No wonder whatever food we gave them, it'll be gone in 1-2days.
I thought those squirrels have chased away the rabbit too. But to my surprise, as I was sitting at the dining table facing the windows that look over the back garden area, there I saw the rabbit is jumping around.
It was so busy sniffing the gardens, the cements, dry leaves, eat something, jump here and there, go up and down the back hill too. I was soooooooo excited. I was looking for the camera to take its picture, but DAMN...it's not here! Steve must have took it to office.
The rabbit has grown bigger now, it has a nice smooth round butt, but quite a skinny leg. Maybe it keeps on running around. If only I can pat all of them as my pet.
