Okay, I just wanna share my happiness in my successful cooking ^^
Since we had all the time in the world on Sunday, I decided to make a Taiwanese porridge, spicy eggplant with minced pork and, the usual, greenbean with prawn.
Now, I never tried the porridge and the eggplant. After much preparation and nervousness, I managed to cook all these.
The result.....delicious! hehehe...Not that I'm bragging or whatever, but I trully surprised that I managed to cook the eggplant nicely. Just the way I wanted it to be.
But I kinna failed on my porridge though. I didn't reliaze that when I stirred the pot, I didn't stir the bottom part of it. Hence, it got burnt. So my porridge has the smoke/burnt smell/taste in it. Not that tasty.
But, all in all, I'm really happy with the result.
So honey, be prepared to eat more and more eggplant from now on, coz I finally know how to make it =)
