Working Out

I'v started my gym routine again for the past 3 weeks now. Before that I do exercise 2-3times a week at home by doing pilate or working out on my Total Gym machine. But I realized that I do need cardio to burn off the fat. So I've finally gone to gym again to step up on that horrendous elliptical machine.

I couldn't last anymore than 15mins. gosh...lousy body! I tried to do some interval cardio. You know, warm up 3-5mins, intense walk/run for 1min, normal walk 1min, then intense again 1min. All until I hit the 10-12mins from the beginning. Then cooling down 3-5mins.

Usually, I'd feel so dizzy right after that like I could faint anytime soon.
But I'm really happy coz I can do more weights. Mostly I'd just focus on my biceps, triceps, shoulder and my back.

During exercise I'd yawn sooo many times. I assume it's coz of the lack of oxygen that I lost during the work out. But the moment I finish the exercise, I'd feel so energetic and hyper. It's like I can conquer the world with my bare hands! ^^

I'm so the opposite of my hubby. He'd feel so tired and no energy at all after the exercise and just want to shower and sleep early. So normally, right after working out at gym, hubby will be like dead battery and I'd be like the freshly charged battery.

This week alone, I think I've done too many exercise :p
Went to gym on Sunday, pilate & zumba at home on Tuesday, gym on Wed and Thurs. Today, Friday, I'll do pilate again.

Hub and I plan to go for cycling from home to nearby park on Sat morning, which will be tough coz the road around the house is going up & down the hill. Hope I can survive that.
