In this hot Wednesday, I really have no inspiration whatsoever to write any Dhamma quote.

So yesterday interview went okay....unfortunately they really need an expert in networking to setup the networking system in their new building that they are planning to move into by this year.

They told me that once they have moved to the new building, I'd be extremely suitable to work for their company. Oh well....I jst hope I could get either F1 or H1. whatever it is as long I can get legal visa status to stay here with my hubby...
Otherwise I've to go back Indo for at least 4-6months before returning here again

Last night I planned to make homemade beef burger for today's dinner. But after much searching for the recipe, most of them requires the beef to be grill, broil or fry. None of them offer healthier option. So I'm thinking of trying another recipe instead.

Tonight I'll be making Spicy beef in lettuce cup instead. I came across this recipe from the net and I find this is a much healthier option that the burger coz less oil involved and no carbs (from the bread).

It sounds very simple. Simply stir fry the beef with the ingredients and serve it with lettuce to wrap it with. That's all. Shall take pic of it and put up in my blog.

Lately I've been thinking of selling my knitting projects in the net..but no idea where to post it. I doubt I could generate any sales from my blog alone.
